All Sales Final

All products supplied by My Peptide are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are considered final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or circumstances where the customer no longer requires the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality assurance, and regulatory reasons, research materials cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Returned items, whether opened or unopened, cannot be restocked or redistributed and will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Only Exception)

In the event that an order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, customers must notify My Peptide within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with assessment, customers are required to provide:

Order number

 Clear photographs of the outer packaging

Clear photographs of the affected product(s)

Upon review, My Peptide may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been processed or dispatched.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details prior to completing checkout.

Chargebacks & Disputes
